Judy Vince has over 30 years of corporate Business Management and Revenue Cycle Management experience holding positions through Vice President with companies ranging in size from new start ups through Fortune 100 organizations. In addition, Judy has over 6 years experience as a successful Executive Recruiter and developed a Finance, Accounting and Credit/Collection Recruitment division from startup for a New Jersey job placement organization.
In January 2007, Judy utilized her corporate knowledge, skills in business management and expertise in Executive Recruitment to establish DeAnjo Career Services, LLC. She offered her clients Career Coaching, Interview Preparation and Job Search Coaching, as well as Professional Resume Writing services. Judy received her certification as a CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) in 2007 from PARW/CC (Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches). Her resume work was published in 2008 in the Directory of Professional Resume Writers; How to Find and Work with a Pro to Accelerate Your Job Search, by Louise Kursmark, Published by JIST Works, an imprint of JIST Publishing. Judy also worked for the organization servicing Monster.com and wrote resumes for their online clients.
Recognizing the current need for professional coaches and the amazing life altering benefits people gain as a result of participating in professional coaching programs, Judy further developed her coaching skills by completing a formal training program with iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) in 2012. Judy rebranded DeAnjo Career Services, LLC under the name of DeAnjo Coaching LLC in 2013 and expanded the scope of the company’s service offerings. Services now include Life, Career and Transition Coaching, Professional Resume Writing, Interview Preparation & Job Search Coaching, as well as, Individual & Team Performance Improvement and Leadership Development Coaching. Judy also offers Contract Recruitment services to companies in need of temporary assistance.
